Services

  • Website Solutions reserves the right to refuse the development and construction of any website.
  • In the case of domain hosting, the client has to pay the full charge of the domain & hosting in advance.
  • If any client wishes to buy only domain name (without hosting), then domain price will be increased.
  • Website Solutions does not guarantee the immediate start of the task always. But if there is a delay, the client will be informed earlier.
  • In the case of web development, the client has to pay 50% of the payment in advance.
  • If we need to purchase any plugin, software or extension to fulfill client’s requirements, the client has to pay 100% of the payment for those resource in advance or client has to provide those resource himself.
  • Any web development work entitled to Website Solutions will be done in the development environment. After competition of the task and full payment, it will be handed over to the client.
  • All materials used in the development of the site, if supplied by the client will be counted as the property of the client. And, all materials (text or image) supplied by the client will be used without copyright checking.
  • For web hosting, If any client use excess of space limit, our system will automatically suspend his account until upgrade his package or make payment for extra uses. In this case, client must need to contact with us within 7 days to remove suspension and avoid re-initiate charge.
  • Web hosting re-initiate charge will 100% of current package price.
  • If any client wishes to shift his domain from Website Solutions, he has to pay a certain amount for it.
  • If any client wishes to remove development credit sign from his website, he has to pay 20% of total development cost.
  • Website Solutions reserves the right to modify, abolish any term or add new terms and condition anytime.

Training

  • Any student can book his seat in any training program with booking money of minimum BDT1000. And this booking money is not refundable.
  • Any student enrolled can continue his course later but no replacement is allowed.
  • All students have to clear total course fee before starting the course.
  • No change of schedule is permitted in running course. In the case of major issue, a student can continue his course with the next batch if permitted.
  • If for any reason any student fails to continue his course, he will not be refunded.
  • In order to get the certificate, all students must ensure a minimum standard. The Students failed to do so, will not get certificates.
  • Website Solutions will not be responsible for any kind of job security after the training but will help to be a success in freelancing.
